7-Day Return Window

You may return eligible products within seven (7) days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Jewelry must not be altered, used, or damaged in any way. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
House of Dharmani reserves the right to decline returns if the product does not meet the above eligibility criteria (e.g., if it is used, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging).

Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or a full refund. For products valued above ₹10,000, notification must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Return Shipping For domestic (India) orders, we will arrange pickup through our courier partners. For international orders, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping
